Package delivery will arrive at the post offist closest to your home. The delivery time by registered package is between 7-31 business days from the day of shipment. In this type of shipment, you receive a tracking number and the shipment must be picked up within 14 days from the moment the shipment arrives at the post office.

If your product is delayed for more than 60 business days, you will have the option of a refund (provided you return the product in its original packaging to the store).
